Blackhorse Stables is a 33.3 acre boarding, training, schooling, and show facility with a focus on 3-Day Eventing, located in Simpsonville, Kentucky. Trailering in for lessons is accepted. Call ahead for training and schooling appointments.
Hours of operation:
8AM – 8PM, 7 days a week (as weather permits)
Amenities include:
- 2 indoor arenas
- 2 outdoor arenas [1 Stadium, 1 Dressage]
- 5 dry lots (40′ x 40′)
- 3 small special-care paddocks
- Three-field Cross Country course
- Horse show field parking with entrance/exit gates
- Overflow parking field with one entrance/exit gate
- Main barn with 20 stalls, tack room, grain room, kitchen and bathroom
- Small barn with 6 stalls, closet and tack room
- Trailer-in barn with 4 stalls (adjacent to parking field)
- Trailer parking in front of barns
- Gravel lane from parking lot (in front of barns) to rear service entrance (allows trailering in without the need to turn around)
- Plenty of space in and between fields for taking walks around the farm
